Verified before the first trip
Driver licence and vehicle papers are checked before a driver can take a single trip, and again whenever those papers expire. An expired document stops a driver going online rather than raising a warning nobody reads.
Safety on MyKaab protects the person in the back seat and the person at the wheel. Both are in a car with a stranger, and both have the same right to know who.

Calls between rider and driver go through a number that belongs to neither of you, so nobody finishes a trip holding a stranger’s personal line.
The SOS button on the trip screen reaches the MyKaab safety desk around the clock and, if you have selected one, your emergency contact.
Recordings are kept for 30 days and then deleted. Long enough to settle a dispute; not a permanent archive of your conversations.
Send a live link from the trip screen. Whoever opens it sees where the car is, where it is going and the route, without needing the app or an account.
Use the SOS button on the trip screen. It reaches the safety desk directly, and the desk already has the trip in front of them: the driver, the vehicle, the route and where the car is now. You do not have to explain any of that first.
Raise it against the trip itself, from your trip history. Every trip has its own reference, which is what a report, a fare dispute or an insurance claim is attached to — not a date and a recollection.
Email [email protected]. Say roughly when the trip was and the pickup, and we can find it.
