Send a live link from the trip screen. Whoever opens it sees where the car is, where it is going and the route it is taking, without needing the app.
Book in a few taps and see the cost before you commit. If you would rather settle a different price with your driver, you can do that before the trip starts, and the agreed figure replaces the quote.
Before you confirm
Not features so much as commitments: each one is something you can check on the screen in front of you rather than take on trust.

Waiting is free for the first 3 minutes at pickup on every class, and charged by the minute after that. The minimum fare is set to the base fare, which is charged on every trip — so the floor never binds and no adjustment line ever appears on your receipt. These are the national rates; a state can be given its own card, and prices from these until it is.
Added to the fare and passed on in full. Neither goes to MyKaab.

Calls between you and your driver go through a number that belongs to neither of you.
The SOS button reaches the MyKaab safety desk around the clock and, if you have chosen one, your emergency contact.
Recordings are kept for 30 days and then deleted.
Waiting is only charged after that, so a driver arriving a little early costs you nothing.
Passenger cover is on the bill of every trip, not an extra you have to remember to add.
