One address for most things, a faster route for the two that should not wait for an email, and WhatsApp if that is easier.

By email

Two inboxes, because they are answered by different people.

Support[email protected]Trips, fares, payments, documents and accounts. Say roughly when a trip was and where it started, and we can find it.
Everything else[email protected]Union enquiries, press, partnerships, and anything that is not about a particular trip.

Where we are

City-level, because that is what a visitor needs. We are not a walk-in service — anything about a trip is faster in the app or by email.

On social

The WhatsApp channel is where notices go out first. Instagram and TikTok are where the driver stories are.

LinkedIn, Facebook and phone numbers are being set up and will appear here once they exist. Nothing is listed above that does not work.

The quicker route, depending

Some of these reach somebody who can act faster than an inbox can.

During a trip

Use the SOS button on the trip screen. It reaches the safety desk around the clock, and the desk already has your trip, your driver and where the car is in front of them.

What the safety desk does

About a trip that has ended

Raise it from your trip history, against the trip itself. Every trip has a reference, and a fare dispute, a report or a claim attached to that reference reaches somebody who can see what you are describing.

To join the test group

Both apps are in store testing. Say whether you want to ride or drive and we will send an invitation for that app.
