MY KAAB IS HERE. RIDE SAFE. RIDE INSURED.
Dear Rider,
Meet MyKaab, the Nigerian e-hailing app built with the drivers' union, AUATON, and powered by Triax Technologies. It was designed around one question: what would a ride feel like if you never had to worry about who is behind the wheel, or what happens if something goes wrong?
HOW TO GET STARTED
1. Download MyKaab from the Google Play Store: https://mykaab.com.ng/download
2. Sign up with your phone number and complete the quick identity verification.
3. Enter your pickup point and destination.
4. Tap to search. The app finds the nearest available driver and shows you the name, photo, vehicle and plate number before the car arrives.
5. Confirm the fare, track the driver on the map, and enjoy your ride.
YOUR SECURITY
✅ Every driver is identity-verified before they can accept a single trip.
✅ Every rider is verified too, so drivers and passengers both know the platform is clean.
✅ You see your driver's details and can follow the trip live on the map from pickup to drop-off.
✅ Drivers answer to a joint disciplinary panel of MyKaab and their union. Misconduct has consequences.
YOUR INSURANCE
✅ Every trip carries rider insurance that covers your injuries and medical treatment in the event of an accident.
✅ The insurance is shown as a separate line beside your fare. No hidden charges. You see exactly what you are paying for.
✅ Government fees are also shown separately, so your fare stays transparent.
FAIR PRICES
MyKaab takes no commission from drivers. Fares are agreed in advance with the union, which means a fairer deal for the driver and an honest price for you.
